Our Story

Connecto™ solved a problem that the inventor confronted as a young boy living in the amazing 1980’s. Action figures do not connect with building blocks and have limited movements, bendable toys make terrible action figures and also do not connect with building blocks, and attempting to move or bend your building blocks like an action figure or bendable toy leads to deconstructed sets and pieces. It seemed like nothing could bring these three types of toys together.

The first prototype (Farco-Proto 1) proved a less efficient version of concept if adding bendable technology to toys, but this did not solve the problem.

Farco-Proto 2 was able to achieve optimal movement for the solid plastic components by spacing each of them out and keeping them loosely fixed onto a single posable component, which I chose to be bendable wire. Unfortunately, the set screws of Farco-Proto 2 were unable to hold the wire against repeated pulling and tugging, marking another failure.

Farco-Proto 3 came to life on November 16, 2021 when the inventor finally designed a product that could be used to bring elements of multiple types of toys together, I dubbed Farco-Proto 3 the Farco Connecto™, a U.S. and foreign patent pending technology.

Get a new close-up of a straight XP and put the caption: “An up-close look at the Connecto™ XP and the Connecto™ Linksys Blocks.”

To allow the innovative XP to turn building blocks into bendable posable action figures, the Linksys™ building block was born:

A handy tool to maneuver the XP’s parts while doubling as a positioning base took the form of the Apex, which, like the Linksys building block, allows XP to be a bendable posable part of the building block world.
